Brownies from scratch? - can you use a cookie cutter on brownies

I want a very good recipe for brownies and just about everything I do for my friend "for Valentine's Day. I would like to be able to cookie cutters on them, have formed what they use heart. I used to have a brownie recipe south, but I have no idea where it is located.

Even if you are a good complement of basic and simple as possible to be whipped cream from the start that the IT director might ask, would be great!
