This will be my first member of a team to play lacrosse. I know I do, but do not know, I play what position. I have very strong arms, and I'm pretty fast. On a scale of 1 to 10 of my strength is 7th So what position should I play?

If you have a good physical condition, and midfielder could be good. If you prefer to take it, then maybe the defense, and if you shoot how long after the attack. If the prospect of shooting at the lacrosse ball as much fun as goalkeeper.
